As one of the largest employers in the world, Wells Fargo is always looking to introduce new, interactive features to build engagement with their 273,000 team members.  The Wells Fargo digital workplace team introduces new concepts first as pilots to a smaller, sub-group of team members. This pilot approach allows the team to prove out the concepts, learn and adjust, roll out new features to all team members much faster, and still care for risk.

The Wells Fargo team will share the success stories of two features available to all team members that started as concepts with the ‘pilot-first’ approach:  interactive commenting on news articles with built in risk mitigation tools, and a sharing widget that allows team members to easily share Wells Fargo stories directly from the intranet with friends and family.

Attendees will also get a sneak peek of two new, innovative features currently in pilot: a social feeds aggregator for the home page that gives team members a personalized view into Wells Faro messaging on external social media, and a personalized mobile app that makes it easy for team members to get to mobile content with a single sign-on.

In this session you will learn more about the interactive digital tools on the Wells Fargo digital workplace, including how to:

  • Go from concept to project – creating a strategy
  • Build out the concept – integrating with social networks like Facebook and Twitter
  • Work with Risk and Legal to effectively mitigate risk concerns
  • Plan and facilitate the pilot to prove the concept
  • Develop an approach and steps needed to roll out the feature to the enterprise
  • Plan for what’s ahead -- lessons learned and what’s next for Teamworks Share
